Our brain is remarkable. Many think it controls just 5 senses. The brain actually controls 13 different senses for walking alone!

What else does this thing do? Accesses the hard drive of autonomic functions: sweat, sneeze, breath, blink, blush, bring up pulse rate, bring metabolism down, focus eyes etc. What else is in there? Reflex actions, habits, walk, talk, drive, behave, water ski, spell, smoke...

Now all of these programs can be accessed instantaneous and simultaneously.

So how do we install the right programs or this goal setting software in the most powerful processing platform available on the planet?

Through a combination of right brain images, left brain self-talk and mid brain emotions.

Here’s how:

Prior to sleep or when you awake, preferably in a relaxed state select a goal.

From your goal board, picture in your mind’s eye the image/images that you created for that goal. Next, bring in the left brain self talk affirmations that affirm your success achievement. For example, “I weigh 65 kilos, I’m fit and am in great physical shape.” Finally, feel the emotion associated with the achievement of this goal.

About 30 seconds per goal is all that’s needed.

Is this brain washing?

No. It’s a very natural process that you’ve been using with or without awareness all your life. Such things as worry, fear and lack are also created and reinforced via this process.

I’m asking you to use your brain in a way that will allow it to help you achieve your goals.

Try Canon in D as relaxation music - Classical music around 60 beats per minute. Work through your left brain affirmation, right brain imagery and experience your mid brain emotions spending about 30 seconds on each goal, 3 - 5 minutes all up morning and night.
