"Researchers have found that even more than your IQ, your emotional awareness and your ability to handle feelings (or emotional intelligence) will determine your success and happiness in all walks of life, including family relationships."
Have you ever seen a large movie projector, the kind they use in movie theatres?
They convert fairly small images into large panoramics on the silver screen.
As an analogy, let’s align your emotions to one of those big movie projectors.
The film running through the projector contains images and audio tracks.
Let’s suppose that that projector is running a mere 10-watt projection lamp. You’d be lucky if it even makes a faint impression on the screen.
If you were to replace it with a high powered 500-watt projector bulb, the images would come through with stunning clarity and amazing colour.
Our emotions can help amp up our belief systems while simultaneously up scaling our mental images.
Select a goal. Read your script, visualise its achievement... How to you feel?
You goal might be, “To weigh 65 kilos.” How will you feel when you achieve this goal? “I feel energy, better health and great personal satisfaction.”
We've been considering aspects of the whole brain for empowerment.
